One More Pan Pizza Dough
- 1 23 cups warm water
- 4 teaspoons gluten
- 2 12 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 14 cup olive oil
- 4 14 cups all-purpose flour
- In a bowl place water, yeast, gluten and stir.
- Put in olive oil.
- mix in flour and salt.
- place on floured surface and knead 6 minutes or until the dough is soft and elastic.
- place in bowl and spray with oil and turn so all side are greased.
- cover and let double.
- punch down
- cut in 1/3's and place each 1/3 in 12" pizza pan and press into pan.
- put your favorite sauce and topping.
- bake at 425 until done.
