One More Pan Pizza Dough

  1. In a bowl place water, yeast, gluten and stir.
  2. Put in olive oil.
  3. mix in flour and salt.
  4. place on floured surface and knead 6 minutes or until the dough is soft and elastic.
  5. place in bowl and spray with oil and turn so all side are greased.
  6. cover and let double.
  7. punch down
  8. cut in 1/3's and place each 1/3 in 12" pizza pan and press into pan.
  9. put your favorite sauce and topping.
  10. bake at 425 until done.

water, gluten, active dry yeast, salt, olive oil, flour
