Cabbage With Tomato Sauce Recipe
- 1 med head Cabbage
- 2 x Onions
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Paprika
- 1 x salt and pepper to taste
- 1 x (16 oz) can Stewed tomatoes
- Food Processor Directions: Insert shredding disc in food processor.
- Cut cabbage into wedges and remove core.
- Guide wedges through feed tube to shred fine.
- Transfer to mixing bowl.
- Insert slicing disc in food processor.
- Peel onions, cut into pcs, and guide through feed tube to slice fine.
- Heat oil in a large frying pan and saute/fry onions and cabbage.
- Season to taste with paprika, salt and pepper.
- Add in tomatoes.
- Cover and simmer for 20 min.
