Liver Dumplings Recipe

  1. Freeze liver; it is easier to grate.
  2. Remove outer skin from liver and grate into bowl.
  3. Add in remainder of ingredients and mix well.
  4. Let stand for at least 30 min.
  5. Drop by tsp.
  6. into boiling beef soup.
  7. Cook, covered for 20 min.
