Peanut Butter, Banana & Cream Bars

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Beat peanut butter, butter, cake mix and 1 egg in large bowl with mixer until crumbly.
  3. Reserve 3/4 cup crumb mixture; press remaining onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Bake 10 min.
  5. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in medium bowl with whisk until blended.
  6. Add remaining egg; mix well.
  7. Arrange banana slices in single layer over crust; spread cream cheese mixture over bananas.
  8. Top with reserved crumb mixture.
  9. Sprinkle with nuts.
  10. Bake 45 min.
  11. or until center is set and crumb topping is lightly browned.
  12. Cool completely.
  13. Refrigerate 30 min.
  14. before cutting into bars.
