Texas Oven Barbecue Brisket

  1. Sprinkle mesquite seasoning on meat and cover and keep in refrigerator overnight.
  2. Cook brisket in 350 degree oven for 2 hours.
  3. Drain fat out of roasting pan.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over meat.
  5. Cover and cook another 2 hours in 300 degree oven.
  6. Slice the meat against the grain into thin slices.
