Spicy Thai Chili Shredded Pork W/Broccoli Slaw
- 2 lbs pork tenderloin
- 1 13 cups sweet and spicy Thai sweet chili sauce (Wildtree Sweet and Spicy Thai Chili Sauce)
- 2 cups broccoli, slaw
- 1 teaspoon Italian salad dressing mix (Wildtree Italian Salad Dressing Mix)
- 14 cup water
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- Add pork and sweet chili sauce to slow cooker.
- Cook on low 6 hours, or high 4 hours.
- Shred pork and toss with liquid form slow cooker.
- Make slaw with day of cooking ingredients.
- Serve by itself, in a taco shell, tortilla or on a roll.
