Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes and Smoked Sausage

  1. Peel and slice potatoes and onion; layer in a greased casserole dish with the flour and chopped butter.
  2. Sprinkle each layer with salt and pepper and paprika.
  3. Top with parmesan (or cheddar cheese to make it extra cheesy).
  4. Pour the warm milk on top and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  5. Brown the sausage and drain.
  6. Cover the potatoes with the sausage and bake for another 15 minutes.
  7. Pair with steamed green beans and/or a side of corn.
