Arni Kapama (Lamb Stew) Recipe

  1. Sprinkle lemon juice over meat and leave for 1 hour.
  2. Heat butter in a frying pan and brown meat.
  3. Transfer to large saucepan.
  4. Put tomatoes in frying pan.
  5. Add in salt, peeper, cinnamon and sugar.
  6. Boil for 5 min and add in to meat.
  7. Simmer covered for 2 hrs.
  8. Serve with potatoes, rice, macaroni or possibly spaghetti.
  9. Serves 4 to 5.
