Baked French Onion

  1. Preheat oven 375
  2. Cut onion in 4's, but still leave intact.
  3. Do not cut all the way through.
  4. Core the middle carefully with a paring knife.
  5. And place bouillon cube in the center.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Add all other seasonings.
  8. Smear butter in all layers of onion and on top of onion.
  9. place in foil and wrap it up.
  10. Place in oven safe dish and bake about 45 mins or until the onion is tender when poked with a fork.
  11. Enjoy.
