Chinese Mustard Glazed Shrimp

  1. Soak skewers in water for 20 minutes.
  2. Line broiler pan foil; spray with cooking spray.
  3. In a small bowl, stir together mustard and water until smooth, or use already prepared mustard of your choice.
  4. Stir in soy sauce.
  5. Put shrimp in a larger bowl and add about 1/4 of the mustard glaze.
  6. Toss to coat.
  7. Wrap 1/2 a bacon slice around each shrimp and skewer about 1 inch apart.
  8. Broil 6 inches from heat 8 to 10 minutes, turning once, until shrimp are tender.
  9. Occasionally brush with remaining mustard glaze.
