London Broil Marinade
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp oregeno
- 1/2 tsp oregeno
- Mix all above ingredients.
- Cross slice meat on both sides.
- Rub the marinade mixture on both sides.
- You can place the meat in a plasic bag.
- I like to place on a double layer of aluminum foil.
- Top with another double layer and fold all sides over.
- Place in fridge and let marinade for 4-6 hours
- Grill 5-7 mins on each side.
- When done let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Slice against the grain.
