3 Rack O' Ribs Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Sprinkle each side of the ribs with 1 teaspoon of pepper and 1 tablespoon of garlic salt.
  3. Arrange the ribs (meaty sides down) in the roasting pan.
  4. With a sheet of aluminum foil make a tent over the pan.
  5. Secure the edges of the foil along the longer sides of the pan.
  6. Place the pan in the oven for 1 and a half hours.
  7. Remove the pan from the oven.
  8. Using a turkey baster, remove the fat and grease from the bottom of the pan.
  9. Rearrange the ribs to where the ones on the bottom are on top while making sure they are bone side down.
  10. Return the foil tent over then pan and bake for another hour and half.
  11. Repeat this process ever hour and a half for 4 1/2 hours.
  12. Turning the ribs over and moving the ones on the bottom to the top.
  13. For the last hour, discard foil and pour the BBQ sauce over the ribs.
  14. Again transfer the bottom ribs to the top with the meaty sides faced down.
  15. Bake 1 hour.
  16. Lastly, be sure all ribs are covered in sauce.
  17. Let sit for 5 minutes and dig in.
