3 Rack O' Ribs Bake
- 3 Rack of ribs, halved
- 12 tbsp Garlic salt
- 12 tsp Cracked black pepper
- 30 oz BBQ Sauce (1 bottle, I like Kinder's)
- 1 Disposable Turkey sized Roasting pan
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Sprinkle each side of the ribs with 1 teaspoon of pepper and 1 tablespoon of garlic salt.
- Arrange the ribs (meaty sides down) in the roasting pan.
- With a sheet of aluminum foil make a tent over the pan.
- Secure the edges of the foil along the longer sides of the pan.
- Place the pan in the oven for 1 and a half hours.
- Remove the pan from the oven.
- Using a turkey baster, remove the fat and grease from the bottom of the pan.
- Rearrange the ribs to where the ones on the bottom are on top while making sure they are bone side down.
- Return the foil tent over then pan and bake for another hour and half.
- Repeat this process ever hour and a half for 4 1/2 hours.
- Turning the ribs over and moving the ones on the bottom to the top.
- For the last hour, discard foil and pour the BBQ sauce over the ribs.
- Again transfer the bottom ribs to the top with the meaty sides faced down.
- Bake 1 hour.
- Lastly, be sure all ribs are covered in sauce.
- Let sit for 5 minutes and dig in.
