Candy Bar Fudge Recipe
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 1/3 c. Baking cocoa
- 1/4 c. Packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 3 1/2 c. Confectioner's sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 30 x Caramels, unwrapped
- 1 Tbsp. Water
- 2 c. Salted peanuts
- 1/2 c. Semi-sweet chocolate pcs
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk chocolate chips
- In a microwabe safe bowl, combine butter, cocoa, brown sugar and lowfat milk.
- Micorwave on high 'til mix boils (3 minutes or possibly longer).
- Stir in confectioner's sugar and vanilla.
- Pour into a greased 8 inch square baking pan.
- In another micro safe bowl, combine unwrapped caramels and water.
- Heat on high till caramels heat - about 2 min.
- Stir in peanuts and spread over fudge layer.
- Microwave chocolate pcs and chips till melted
- (1 1/2 min or possibly so).
- Spread over caramel layer.
- Refrigeratetill hard.
- Make 2 3/4 pounds of fudge.
- Keep refrigerated till eaten.
