Smooth & Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream

  1. Combine milk, condensed milk, and sugar in medium saucepan.
  2. Split vanilla bean, scrape seeds into mixture, and add bean pod.
  3. Bring mixture just to a simmer, stirring to dissolve sugar.
  4. Remove from heat, and cool 30 minutes.
  5. Whisk in yogurt, transfer to covered container, and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Remove bean pod.
  7. Pour ice cream base into ice cream maker, and freeze according to manufacturers instructions.
