Big-Batch Beef

  1. Brown meat in Dutch oven or large deep skillet; drain.
  2. Return to pan.
  3. Add onions and garlic; cook 15 min., stirring occasionally.
  4. Drain.
  5. Spread meat mixture into single layer on parchment paper- or foil-covered rimmed baking sheets; freeze 1 hour or until firm.
  6. Break into chunks.
  7. Spoon meal-sized portions into freezer-weight resealable plastic bags; seal bags.
  8. Freeze up to 3 months.
  9. Thaw before using as desired.
