Spicy Shrimp Cakes with Mojito Lime Crema`
- 1 lb pre cooked & cleaned shrimp
- 1/2 red bellpepper
- 1 tbsp tajin seasoning
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 green onion stalks
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 1/2 diced jalapeno
- 1 tsp cilantro flakes
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch chili powder
- 2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 cup sour cream or mexican crema
- 1/2 envelope McCormick mojito lime seasoning
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 lime squeezed
- 1/2 lime zested
- 1/2 tsp cilantro flakes
- 1 tsp milk
- heat oil in small skillet
- I like to add all ingredients to cusinart for a course mince except for mayo & bread crumbs.
- once incorporated add mayo & bread crumbs taste for seasoning
- make your patties and fry till golden on med low heat.
- top with crema and avocados
- mix all ingredients together for crema as listed
