Vegetarian Mini Bruschetta

  1. Toast whole meal bread and cut each slice into four square pieces.
  2. Oil and carefully place tomato slices into a small pan.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. (Add some dry basil if you like).
  5. Keep on heat for approx 3 minutes.
  6. In a bowl, combine cabbage and cucumber.
  7. Add worcestershire sauce to your liking
  8. On top of each bread piece, place slice of softened avocado, a slice of dill, a slice of cooked warm tomato, cheese and cabbage mix.
  9. Season with pepper and herbs, lightly drizzle olive oil over plate and serve immediately.
