French Dip Roast
- 4 lbs chuck roast
- 10 34 ounces condensed French onion soup
- 10 ounces water
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 12 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon McCormick's Montreal Brand steak seasoning
- Combine all of the ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- Skim the fat off the top and shred the meat.
- If you don't have beef boullion, you can just use beef broth.
- We always serve this on Media Noche Rolls with horseradish sauce and swiss cheese.
- Definitely use the broth for dipping.
