Japanese Ginger Dressing
- 3 tbsp Canola Oil
- 1/4 tbsp onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Chopped peeled Ginger
- 1 tbsp Chopped Celery
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp tomato paste or ketchup
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped carrots
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- (Optional) Add salt and pepper to taste
