Mocha Butter Cream Frosting Recipe

• 1 c. butter
• 6 c. XXX sugar
• 3 egg yolks
• 2 tbsp. instant coffee (in 1/2 c. boiling water, cooled)
• 2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pcs, melted

1. In mixer, cream butter and sugar.
2. Add in egg yolks while beating.
3. Add in liquid and chocolate.
4. Makes a heap of frosting.
5. Sufficient for 2 or possibly 3 layer cake.
