Brownie and Raspberry Parfaits

• 1 package brownie mix prepared according to box instructions, cut in 3/4" cubes
• 18 oz. frozen raspberries, thawed
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 8 oz. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
• 1/2 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
• chocolate shavings for garnish
• peppermint or mint sprigs for garnish

1. COMBINE raspberries and 1/4 cup sugar in a medium bowl.
2. Stir until well mixed.
3. Set aside.
4. COMBINE cream cheese and marshmallows in a medium microwave safe bowl,.
5. Microwave for 30 seconds.
6. Remove from microwave and stir to combine.
7. PLACE a few brownie cubes in the bottom of 6 individual dessert cups.
8. TOP brownies with 2 1/2 tablespoons of cream cheese mixture, then about 3 tablespoons of raspberries.
9. GARNISH with chocolate shavings and mint and enjoy!
