Mandarin-Orange Corn Bread

  1. Grease an 8x8x2 inch pan.
  2. Mix together well, stirring so that orange slices preak apart.
  3. Pour mixture into pan.
  4. Bake at 425F (220C) for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Serving size: 3 inch square
