Almond Raspberry Brie Recipe
- 12 ounce Brie
- 2 Tbsp. Seedless red raspberry jam
- 1 Tbsp. Chambord or possibly other raspberry-flavored liqueur
- 1 1/2 tsp Brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Almonds, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- Slice Brie in half horizontally.
- Place bottom half of Brie on a microwave-safe serving plate.
- Combine jam and Chambord, if you like; spread on cheese, leaving a 1 inch margin around edge; top with remaining cheese half.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar and almonds, and drizzle with honey.
- Microwave at HIGH 1 minute or possibly just till soft.
- Serve immediately with wafer cookies or possibly gingersnaps.
