JELL-O Cranberry-Pineapple Relish

  1. Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
  2. Add enough water to reserved juice to measure 1 cup; pour into medium saucepan.
  3. Add cranberries, dry gelatin mix, sugar and pineapple; mix well.
  4. Bring to boil, stirring frequently.
  5. Reduce heat to medium; cook 3 to 5 min.
  6. or until cranberries are softened, stirring occasionally.
  7. Remove from heat; stir in nuts.
  8. Cool 30 min.
  9. Spoon cranberry relish into small bowl.
  10. Refrigerate 6 hours or until firm.
  11. Stir before serving.
