Fried Plantains with Sweet Cream Sauce

  1. Melt 1 Tbsp.
  2. of the butter in medium skillet on medium heat.
  3. Cook half of the plantains 3 min.
  4. on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Remove from skillet; set aside and keep warm.
  6. Repeat with remaining 1 Tbsp.
  7. butter and plantains.
  8. Combine sour cream, whipped topping, sugar and cinnamon in small bowl.
  9. Serve plantains with sweet cream sauce.
