Oysters with Horseradish Cream, Pecorino and Chives (Cheats Mornay)

  1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees C and line an oven tray with baking paper.
  2. Line oysters up on your oven tray.
  3. Combine pecorino, horseradish cream, cream or yoghurt, and half the chives.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add mixture evenly to each oyster and season with sea salt and cracked black pepper to taste.
  6. Bake oysters for 10 minutes or until all bubbly.
  7. Serve immediately garnished with remaining chives.
