STOVE TOP-Apple Stuffed Roast Pork

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Prepare stuffing as directed on package.
  3. Let stand 5 min.
  4. ; mix lightly.
  5. Place meat, cut-sides up, on work surface; cover with stuffing to within 1/2 inch of edges.
  6. Roll up, jelly-roll fashion, starting at one short end.
  7. Place, seam-side down, in pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  8. Bake 1 hour.
  9. Mix syrup, mustard and rosemary; spread over meat.
  10. Bake 20 min.
  11. or until meat is done (160F).
  12. Let stand 15 min.
  13. before slicing.
