Oriental Steak Soup

  1. Combine beef sherry and garlic.
  2. Cut mushrooms in 1/4's discard stems.
  3. Combine mushrooms and water in casserole, microwave 10 minutes until boils.
  4. Add bouillon, pepper, and beef.
  5. Microwave 3 minutes.
  6. Add spinach and onion.
  7. Cover and set 5 minutes.
