The Everything Bagel Sandwich
- 1 whole Red Pepper
- 1 whole Avocado
- 4 whole Everything Bagels
- 4 Tablespoons Creamy Italian Dressing (or More To Taste)
- 1 cup Hummus
- 1 cup Mushrooms
- 1 cup Sprouts
- Clean, core and deseed red pepper and slice into julienne strips.
- Peel avocado and slice.
- Slice the bagels.
- Toasting bagel is optional.
- Spread Italian dressing and hummus on bagel (to taste) and pile on all remaining ingredients!
- The veggies that go into this are very adaptable....add what you like and take out what you dont like.
- It would also be good with some provolone cheese.
