Spicy Zhajiangmian-style Udon Noodles with Lots of Ground Meat
- 2 packets Udon noodles
- 100 grams Ground meat
- 1/3 each Japanese leek, carrot
- 2 tbsp Miso
- 1 Sugar, ichimi spice, sesame seeds, ginger
- 1 cucumber and about 2 cm Cucumber, daikon radish
- Chop up the leek, carrot and ginger very finely.
- Finely julienne the cucumber and daikon radish.
- Stir fry the meat, leek, carrot and ginger in a frying pan or pan.
- When the meat is cooked add the miso, sugar, ichimi spice and sesame seeds to flavor it.
- Put the cucumber and daikon on top of the cooked udon noodles, pour over the meat-miso sauce and it's done.
