Bacon- & Cheddar-Stuffed Hamburgers with Ranch Slaw

  1. Heat grill to medium.
  2. Combine red and green cabbage with 2 Tbsp.
  3. dressing; refrigerate until ready to use.
  4. Mix meat and 2 Tbsp.
  5. dressing; shape into 8 thin patties.
  6. Mix remaining dressing, cheese and bacon.
  7. Spoon about 2 Tbsp.
  8. of the cheese mixture onto center of each of 4 of the patties; top with second patty.
  9. Pinch edges of patties together to seal.
  10. Grill patties 7 to 9 min.
  11. on each side or until done (160F.)
  12. Fill rolls with cabbage mixture, burgers and tomatoes.
