Cheesy Bellpepper Hors d'oeuvres
- 1 (8 oz) cream cheese softened
- several small yellow, red, and orange bell peppers
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded parmasean, mild cheddar, and mexican cheese blend
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 6 slices Applewood Smoked Bacon cooked and crumbled
- Wash and slice all peppers in half, removing the seeds.
- Leave the stems for decoration.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Scoop into the peppers.
- Place in oven at 350F until lightly browned on top.
- Allow to cool for 15 mins and serve.
