Not Your Traditional Caesar Salad

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix kippers, mustard, mayo, lemon juice, garlic, capers, salt and pepper.
  2. It will make a very chunky dressing.
  3. You want thisit makes it more substantial for a meal.
  4. Next, in a larger bowl, add lettuce, cauliflower and cheese.
  5. Top with dressing and toss to coat.
  6. Put salad on a plate and top with tomatoes.
  7. Note: You can add beans, olives and many other veggies to this.
  8. I made this last night for myself, so this is considered 1 dinner-sized serving.
