Crab Cakes #5FIX

• 1 (8 ounce) package Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
• 1 12 cups shredded snow crab meat
• 2 eggs
• 1 12 cups shredded cheese (your favorite kind)
• 2 tablespoons Tex-Mex seasoning

1. combine all ingredients in a bowl.
2. shape into patties.
3. fry in oil on medium heat until a medium brown color on both sides.
