Noodle Tacos Bowls
- 4 small whole wheat tortillas (7 inch)
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra lean ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 pkg. (35 g) taco seasoning mix
- 2-1/2 cups water
- 1 pkg. (225 g) Kraft Dinner Macaroni and Cheese
- 1 tomato, chopped (about 1 cup) King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 green pepper, chopped (about 1 cup)
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Invert four medium-size custard cups or ovenproof bowls on a baking sheet.
- Spray outsides of cups with cooking spray.
- Place tortillas over cups.
- Bake 5 min.
- or until brown and crisp.
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet; drain.
- Add taco seasoning mix and water.
- Bring to a boil; mix in dry Macaroni from Kraft Dinner.
- Once returned to boil, reduce heat to medium, cover and simmer 7 to 8 min.
- or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally.
- STIR in Cheese Sauce Mix, tomato, green pepper and black olives.
- Serve in tortilla cups.
