24 Hour Salad Recipe
- 1 head lettuce, torn into small piec
- 1/2 lb Fresh spinach, washed and liquid removed
- 6 lrg Large eggs, hardboiled/minced
- 1 lb Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 c. Frzn peas
- 1/2 c. Green onions, minced
- 1 c. Fresh cauliflower
- 12 ounce Lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. Mayonnaise Cheddar cheese, grated
- Mix lowfat sour cream and mayonnaise.
- Layer in large glass or possibly wooden salad bowl lettuce, spinach, Large eggs, bacon, cauliflower, peas, onion and then spread with lowfat sour cream mix.
- Continue with layers.
- After the last layer, top with grated cheese.
- Refrigerateat least 12 hrs, but better at 24 hrs.
