Marinated Peaches

• 6 peaches, halved, pits removed
• 1/4 cup honey
• 2 oranges, juiced
• 1 cup vodka
• 1/2 cup freshly chopped mint leaves
• Pinch salt

1. Slice the peaches and place n a large mixing bowl.
2. Toss the peach slices with the remaining ingredients.
3. Let marinate for 1 hour and serve.
