Light Guacamole

  1. Steam peas for a couple of minutes over boiling water.
  2. Wash, trim and seed jalapeno.
  3. With food processor running, process as much of the jalapeno as you like, and mince the garlic.
  4. Add drained peas, lime juice, avocado and sour cream, and process until smooth.
  5. Chop the green onion and cilantro, and stir into the mixture.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
