Italian Chicken

  1. Take the chicken out of the package.
  2. Wash it and put it in a large zip lock bag.
  3. Pore in the hole Italian dressing into the bag with the chicken.
  4. Squeeze out all the air and close the bag.
  5. Put it back in the fridge and let it marinade for at least 30min but 2hrs or more is recommended.
  6. Line a cookie sheet with almanum foil.
  7. Place all the chicken on pan
  8. Take a spoon and pore some of the Italian dressing from the bag on to the chicken.
  9. Sprinkle a layer of Italian bread crumbs on the chicken
  10. Repet step 6 and 7 two more times
  11. Preheat oven to 350
  12. Place chicken in the over and let cook for 1hr
  13. About 10min before the chicken is done make 2 cups of rice.
  14. When the rice is done put a layer of it on a plate
  15. When the chicken is done place a chicken barest on the rice on the plate.
  16. Sprinkle a little bit of mozzarella on the top of the chicken
  17. And you're readymto service.
  18. Enjoy!
