Horseradish Turkey N' Ham Melt
- 6 slices rye bread
- 13 cup butter or 13 cup margarine
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 6 cooked turkey, slices
- 6 (1 ounce) cooked ham, slices
- 6 tomatoes, slices
- 1 green pepper, sliced into 6 rings
- 6 (1 ounce) cheddar cheese, slices
- heat broiler.
- in small bowl stir together butter and horseradish.
- spread butter mixture on toast.
- layer each slice toast with 1 slice turkey, 1 slice ham, 1 slice tomato and 1 slice green pepper.
- place sandwichs on cookie sheet.
- broil 3 to 4 "inch from heat for 3 to 4 minutes or until sandwiches are heated through.
- top with cheese, broil 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- serve while hot.
