Pork Belly and Bok Choy Stir-fry in Thickened Sauce

  1. Finely chop the scallion and garlic.
  2. Cut bok choy and pork belly into bite size pieces.
  3. Slice the carrot into rectangles.
  4. Mix ingredients for the salty sauce.
  5. Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan and stir fry the scallion and garlic.
  6. When it's aromatic, add pork.
  7. Add bok choy and carrot in the pan, and stir fry.
  8. When cooked, stir in the salty sauce and cook until thickened.
  9. You can make stir fried noodles using this recipe.
  10. I added bean sprouts and increased the flavour of the sauce.
