A.1. Slow-Cooker Beer Stew

  1. Reserve 1/3 cup beer; set aside.
  2. Place meat in slow cooker; top with vegetables, steak sauce and remaining beer.
  3. Cover with lid.
  4. Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours).
  5. Remove meat from slow cooker.
  6. Shred meat with 2 forks; return to slow cooker.
  7. Combine baking mix and reserved beer; drop tablespoonfuls of dough over stew.
  8. Cover; cook 20 min.
  9. or until biscuits are cooked through.
