Family Pleasing Pizza
- 12 lb bulk pork sausage
- 1 (13 7/8 ounce) packagerefrigerated pizza crusts
- 2 teaspoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 ounces shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat, until no longer pink, drain and set aside.
- Meanwhile press pizza dough into a greased 13x9 inch baking dish.
- Brush with butter, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and garlic powder.
- Layer`with 1 cup mozzerella, sausage and tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with remaining mozzerella, and Italian seasoning.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until crust is golden brown, and cheese is melted.
