Lamb and kale
- 1 bunch kale
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 chili pepper
- 4 lamb chops
- tsp thyme
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- tsp salt
- tsp oregano
- 1 crushed red pepper flakes
- Pre heat oven to 180C
- Season room-temperature lamb chops with olive oil, salt, black pepper, oregano, thyme and crushed red pepper
- Bake in oven for 15 minutes turning once
- Heat olive oil in saute pan
- Thinly slice garlic cloves and add to pan
- Add chopped chili pepper to pan and let saute for a minute
- Add kale and cook turning occasionally until bright green
