Peanut and Pear Healthy Bars

  1. Combine cereal, peanut spread, reserved pear juice, Splenda, flour and egg in a large bowl, mix thoroughly.
  2. Press mixture into a lined 20 x 30cm lamington tin.
  3. Bake at 180C for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and decorate the cereal mix with the thinly sliced pears, sprinkle with cinnamon.
  5. Return to the oven for a further 10 -15 minutes or until just set.
  6. Cool for 1 hour.
  7. Remove from tin, cut into pieces.
  8. Serve.
