Peanut and Pear Healthy Bars
- 3 cups Weight Watchers Fruit and Fibre cereal
- 3/4 cup KRAFT* Light Smooth Peanut Spread
- 815g can pear halves in natural syrup, drained and 3/4 cup juice reserved
- 3/4 cup Splenda (low calorie sweetener)
- 1/2 cup self-raising flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Combine cereal, peanut spread, reserved pear juice, Splenda, flour and egg in a large bowl, mix thoroughly.
- Press mixture into a lined 20 x 30cm lamington tin.
- Bake at 180C for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and decorate the cereal mix with the thinly sliced pears, sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Return to the oven for a further 10 -15 minutes or until just set.
- Cool for 1 hour.
- Remove from tin, cut into pieces.
- Serve.
