Sweet Potato Pudding

  1. Add butter to hot potatoes.
  2. Mash potatoes till smooth.
  3. Add sugar; stir till well mixed.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time.
  5. Beat into mixture well, until all eggs have been added.
  6. Stir in milk, vanilla and spices.
  7. Pour into buttered 2 quart casserole.
  8. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
  9. Top with marshmallows and bake till brown for 10-15 minutes.
