Cold Comfort Tea

  1. Boil water
  2. Cut and peel two small chunks of fresh ginger
  3. Place ginger in mug
  4. Steep ginger 3 minutes
  5. Add rest of ingredients
  6. Steep 2 minutes.
  7. Color should change instant
  8. Take and disregard ginger, tea bags
  9. Sweetener to taste whether none, sugar, honey, agave so on
  10. Drink
