Chicken Paprikash Skillet
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 small onion, chopped Safeway 3 lb For $2.99 thru 02/09
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 2-1/4 cups water
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) VELVEETA Shells & Cheese Dinner
- 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and onions; cook and stir 5 min.
- Add paprika; cook and stir 1 min.
- Add water and Shell Macaroni; stir.
- Bring to boil; cover.
- Simmer on medium-low heat 12 min.
- or until Shells are tender and most of the water is absorbed.
- Stir in Cheese Sauce and sour cream; cook 5 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
