Apple Raisin Graham Pudding

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Mix graham pieces, apples and raisins in greased 1-1/2-qt.
  3. baking dish; set aside.
  4. Beat eggs, milk, sugar and extract with wire whisk until well blended; pour over graham mixture.
  5. Cover with foil.
  6. Bake 40 to 45 min.or until center is set, removing foil after 30 min.
  7. Cool slightly.
  8. Serve warm or cold topped with the whipped topping.
  9. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
