Hamburger Stroganoff (OAMC)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 34 cup onion, chopped
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed beef consomme, undiluted
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, undrained
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups spiral shaped pasta, cooked
- 12 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons water
- In a large skillet, cook the beef and onion.
- Stir in consomme, mushrooms, lemon juice, and pepper.
- Place half of the mixture in a freezer container.
- {Can freeze it up to 3 months}.
- To enjoy the other half, add pasta, sour cream, and water and heat until warm.
- TO USE FROZEN MEAT MIXTURE: Thaw in the fridge, warm in a saucepan and add additional ingredients as directed above.
