Hamburger Stroganoff (OAMC)

  1. In a large skillet, cook the beef and onion.
  2. Stir in consomme, mushrooms, lemon juice, and pepper.
  3. Place half of the mixture in a freezer container.
  4. {Can freeze it up to 3 months}.
  5. To enjoy the other half, add pasta, sour cream, and water and heat until warm.
  6. TO USE FROZEN MEAT MIXTURE: Thaw in the fridge, warm in a saucepan and add additional ingredients as directed above.
